- VISUALIZER, ADVERTISING ILLUSTRATION AND CARTOONIST - The visualizer is a professional figure come to the scene in the last few years: he is a designer who “visualizes” advertising spots, videoclips and also short films; he has therefore to cooperate with advertising agencies and producers. This course, which has been created in order to meet with the continuous market requests, will form professional figures able to carry out quality executives (storyboards, layouts or cartoons) within the very short times granted by the advertising agencies. The lectures of this course, which lasts three years, are given by professional teachers who have been working in this field for many years, and include basic materials, technical English and computer. There will also be the participation of external professional men (art directors, art buyers, copy and so on coming from different advertising agencies) who will give a complete and specific training. At the end of the first two years, students are requested to chose a specialization either as visualizer or cartoonist. The third year is completely devoted to the chosen specialization. While the Visualizer will work above all in the advertising field, musical field, and for the realization of videoclips and in the cinematographic field, the cartoonist works both in the editorial field and in the cinematographic, musical, advertising fields. |
